Lights turn off on schedule, but not on
« on: November 11, 2008, 08:36:27 PM »

Hi,

Recently my lights con trolled by schedule stopped turning on.  They continue to turn off on schedule once they have been turned on manually.

I have tried making some changes to the schedule and downloading the new info.  I've replaced the batteries in the transceiver.  No change in the behavior.  Multiple lights turn off at their appointed times, but none of them turn on when they should.

What should I be checking next?  Any suggestions?

Thanks

Can we have more information?  What O/S is on the computer, are you using Active Home Pro and the CM15A interface and any of the pug-ins for AHP?

Sure, sorry I didn't provide more to begin with.

The computer OS is XP Pro. I don't have ActiveHomePro.   My ActiveHome is version 1.4 (B2.0.70).  I am not using any plug-ins as far as I know.

If you need more info just tell me what and I will post it.

Thanks for the reply!!!!

Still using Active Home?  Most here have upgraded to ActiveHomePro/CM15A (USB) interface.  BTW, the last version of Active Home is 1.42 on the X10 site.  Active Home Pro/CM15A is available on http://www.x10.com/activehomepro/activehome-pro.html for the price of $49.95.  It will import the .x10 files from Active Home so you don't loose your timers and macros.
