WS467 for Controlling an exhaust fan

Can WS467 wall switch be used to control a fan that has power rating of less than 300 Watts?

No. Fan motors will not work with a dimmer switch and both could be damaged if connected.
There are special switches made with a relay that can turn them on and off. Most also require a Neutral Power Wire to work along with the Line and Load wires.
