Beware XP-SP3 and Device Drivers

Dell Latitude Laptop - when I let it upgrade to XP-SP3 the DVD drivers started conflicting. My XX20 B/W Low-Light camera suddenly was no longer LOW-Light...  AND... the laptop would hang during shutdown (or restarts).

I removed the DVD drive and all is well.

It took some research, but the issue is with XP-SP3 and device drivers not getting the proper update - causing resource conflicts.

My "stuff" is working again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
