When I choose Update, AHP is closed but nothing happens.  Can't find an update on the web site.  Using Vista SP1.

What version of AHP are you using?
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!

I am having the exact same problem, only I am running Windows XP Home, so the problem is  not just with Vista.  I have AHP version 3.204.  Any help would be appreciated.

OK, I went to the download site and could not download the newest version because my email address had changed. I called the 800 number and talked to Tech Support. who sent me a Zip file for the upgrade, which I installed. By the way, the latest version is 3.236, although my AHP showed the latest upgrade to be 3.228. Not sure why that is.

Anyway, give Tech Support a call, they can email you the file.

What is 3.236?   AHP with plug-ins? 3.228 is the current version of AHP without any plug-ins.

BTW, the AHP software history only goes to 3.204, it has never been updated since.

When I called Tech Support and told them I could not download 3.228, he told me that the latest version was 3.236. After downloading and installing the upgrade, I checked the version number and it clearly says that it is 3.236. I do not have any pug ins.

If I could figure out a way to copy the pop up window, I'd paste it here  for you to see.

I have all the plug-ins and when I re-installed last weekend, the latest version updated as 3.236 as well. I posted my about screen here.

That's quite a jump from 3.228 to 3.236 for the all the plug-ins.  On 3.204 with all the plug-ins was 3.206.  Refresh my memory.  Which plug-in changes the version number?

To be honest Dan, I didn't take notice. OnAlert was the last plug-in I installed, but I can't say for certain that it was the one. One note though: my original OnAlert loader files from past installs did not work and I had to get a new one using my order number... coincidence???
