Hi! This is a really odd one. Let's dive in right away:

* I live in Sweden, thus 230/240V
* The issue is with Marmitek LM12 units
* LM12 set to code C13
* I can control the LM12 by using the software in my Homevision controller (ie macros work) to send C13 on/off commands.
* I can control other units (LD11) with a remote if I set the LD11's to C13.
* However, I can not control the LD12 by the remote directly.
* I have tried SS13 remote as well as a SH624.
* I can see (using the monitor function on the Homevision) that the C13 on/off commands from the remotes are flying through over the power network.
* I have tried two LM12 units with identical results.
* I've tried plugging the LM12 in the other way (to switch phase).
* All other interfaces in my home work perfectly both with macros and directly with a remote, this includes LD11, AM12W, LM12W, LW12 units.

How come the LM12 can be controlled using the computer interface but not with the remote directly?

If I cannot get this to work, does nyone know of an alternative to the LM12? I would hate to throw away 5 LM12's, but if that's what it takes...
