Store in interface?

I have yet to have any module activate when macros or timers are stored in interface.   Have CM15A and AM466 modules, but not the advanced macros which are too expensive.  I did save to the interface when prompted.  The macros and timers work fine as long as PC is on and the store in interface is not enabled.  I'd like to be able to turn off PC, leave CM15A on, and have modules activate.  Whats wrong?

In addition to setting the store in interface box did you do the download to the interface?
