updating to 3.228

When trying to update to 3.228 I click on the update button the program closes and nothing happens. Any suggestions ?

I have not had any problem with updates to ActiveHome Pro ever, and I started with version 3.187.  I now have 3.228 and every update has been done through AHP.  Everybody who has had problems updating, the source is their computer.
