Has anyone had their emails to X10 answered?

Has anyone had their emails to X10 answered? I work odd hours so it is easier for me to email than to wait for customer rep phone hours, I have written several emails to X10 sent to 3 different departments and have only received auto respond emails confirming receipt of my questions but none of my emails have been answered.

I have gotten replies when my new AHP kit didn't have the email with the registration numbers.
My first email seemed to be not answered. So I sent a second one a few days later.
Eventually I got answers from both requests, but it did take at least a week.

Yes I have always received answers from emails I have sent to X-10.

its like dealing with a car salesman only interested when you are buying
