If you have AHP on Multiple Computers in different areas of the house (say one upstairs and one in the basement) do you need 2 CM15A's ?

:' Thought maybe a USB Multi-Port Hub... But now after thinking more about it I guess the CM15A's would have a hard time knowing which one I was sending the command too...

You may wish to look at X10dispatcher! You can run it from multiple machines on your home network with only one CM15a connected to your main HA machine.
The main advantage of running 2 or more Cm15As is for added macros and flags. X10dispatcher has a macro option as well allowing you to expand n the AHP ones.
An other option would be to look at REAL VNC, but allowing full PC control may be more then you want
