VK77a Setup Help

I have a 4 camera set-up with all cameras working properly.  When I add the Vangaurd it dominates the video receiver and I am unable to view other cameras.   All X10 Cams are set in the C-series i.e. C5,C6, C7, C8 etc.  The Vangaurd is set at A1. (in AHP) according to manual that is the default.  No matter which camera I select I see the image from the VK77a?  If I unplug the Vk77A the other camera images return to normal.  I am using AHP and I also cannot control the VK77a via the software, only with the remote?  Any ideas?
