PR511 with CFLs?

Will compact fluorescent energy saving bulbs work with the PR511 floodlight?

Yes. The PR511 uses a relay to power the external lights, it will light just about anything. However, some CFLs and LED lights put out a lot of noise right in the same spectrum that X10 PLC commands use. There is a lot of information on this forum about noisy CFLs. I have not had any problem with GE brand.
