I can control my exterior light connected to a WS12A. With AHP I can turn it On but the Off command didn't work ! Somebody have a idea ?

Dan Lawrence

Please post the timers attached to the WS12A and how is it shown in AHP.
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!

I Dan.
the problem is not the timer config, the problem is that I can't turn OFF my light using the trigger icon. Ican turn it On but not OFF. The WS12A didn't response to the OFF command. I didn't try with the timer because it doesn't work with the trigger icon

What type of light is it? Incadescent; CFL; Low Voltage?

The WS12A will only work with incandescent type bulbs.

Could be a marginal signal to the light that is masked by noise from the light when on.

Does the WS12A have the soft start feature or preset dim? Most after 2007 do. Maybe this may help.

If you have an RF remote, try moving the CM15A to other locations in the home, while using the RF remote to turn light ON and OFF. If the light suddenly starts turning off, it could be a signal level or a noise issue. Search "noise", "signal suckers" and (for good measure) "phase coupling" for on this forum, for information. If this turns out to be the case, a good repeater (XTBIIR or ACT 234) will probably fix problem.
