Credit Card Controller not really controlling...
« on: September 18, 2010, 09:28:55 AM »

Hi folks.

Here is my issue:

I have a lamp set to B1. I have a credit card remote (KR22A) also set to B1.

I press the on button (#1) on the remote....ActiveHome Pro shows ONLY THE SWITCH going up on the lamp, but the DIM slider stays at the bottom...hence the light never turns on.
 :-\

any ideas?

thanks!

Do you have the CM15A set up to transceive house code B? (Tools/hardware configuration)

Lets try something:

Under the hardware configuration, set the transceived house codes to specific and make sure that "B" is ticked.

This has worked in the past for some users.
