VCR Commander
« on: September 05, 2009, 10:42:31 PM »

Gave up on Vanguard for now. Have my camera's and motion detectors working into my VCR commander. Starts and stops the vcr, great. Since the vcr is not wireless how does it records the camera images?

Thanks,

Do you have a video receiver? If not tell us what you where trying to use with the Vanguard Software.
If so connect the video signal from the receiver to the VCR's video input. Same for the sound if you have that feature.
If your VCR doesn't have Video and Sound Inputs. I believe the receiver can send the signals by RF on a TV Channel. In that case tune the VCR to the TV Channel being used from the receiver.
Then set the VCR to record from the inputs the receiver is connected to.
