Just as an update, goto http://www.x10.com/support/support_soft1.htm.  Look for "X10 USB Wireless Remote Drivers: CM15A, CM19A, ALL USB Transceivers" and download file - x10drivers_6432_239.exe.

I successfully installed my system which includes RF PC Transceiver (CM19A), Video Receiver (No Sound - VR36A), Mini-Transceiver (TM751), Qty 4 XCam2 Black & White Low-Light Cameras (XX20A), USB Digital Video Converter (VA12A), and the Vanguard Software.

System seems to work well.  I have it temporarily setup to make sure all worked with Vista.  I have a 1 TB Western Digital Drive to save all recorded video and stills to.

Still working out some bugs with monitoring the images from another computer, and I have some interfernece/Noise.  But over all for the price, I am very pleased. I had purchased a Cisco Linksys wireless network Camera.  It works well, but isn't a good choice for outside use and the cost for the one camera ($139) cost almost as much as what I paid for the whole X10 system.
