Voice dial on PS561 never hang up phone

When the alarm triggered, my PS561 called my cell phone and I can 0 into listening mode which is very good, however, I found the voice dialer never hang up unless the un-arm button is pressed. Therefore, I would never be able to call home because the line is always busy even after I have hung up my cell phone.
