« on: December 23, 2009, 03:48:40 PM »

Hello there:
I just Installed the V572A transceiver to able to manage my lights with the remote control,
is working great, but now my computer doesn't turn on or off the light thru the program,
anybody out there knows about this?
What I need to do to have both working properly.

Thanks,

The AHP control of the lights.
Do the screen Icons for the switches turn them on and off?

Is the on and off part of a timer or macro?

Is the on and off from the CM15A; triggered by an RF signal from a remote?

Can you check in the Hardware Configuration and see if the RF House Codes you are using are set to be Transceived? It is possible both the CM15A and the V572A are trying to send power line signals at the sametime.

Is your V572A connected through a X10Pro PSC05 or a X10 TW523? Smarthome also sells it with their 1132B PowerLinc and I was just wondering which you had.

If you temporarily disconnect the interface for the V572A from the power line does the AHP program now control the light with problems?

Are there any other transceivers in the setup? Like a TM751?

The V572A doesn't control anything (It's a wonderful transceiver.).  It just receives the RF signals from a source and sends them through the powerline via a PSC05.

JMac brought up a good point.
Please confirm you are using AHP and the CM15A interface and not just a V572A.
