CM15A Battery Status
« on: January 10, 2010, 11:27:55 PM »

I have just set up Active Home Pro, replacing an old ActiveHome setup.

I have downgraded to version 3.228, I've cleared the interface, purged, removed batteries, installed batteries while it is plugged in. As long as I leave it plugged in it seems to work fine. If I unplug it and move it to where I want it none of the timers or macros run, although it works fine as a transceiver.

When I open up the Hardware Configuration, after it has been unplugged, the time remaining is at zero. The indicator "light" to the left of Battery Status is always red. I checked the batteries; they are new and all read 1.6 volts.

Maybe I have a defective unit? Any other suggestions would be helpful.  Thanks.

When you upgraded to AHP did you import your settings from AH or rewrite them from scratch?
If you imported make a new AHX file with just a few timers and test.
Many users that imported old settings found they had to rewrite their setups for AHP.
If the timers still fail then your CM15A is most likely defective. :(
