Any suggestions on how to get Model CM15A Interface to work?
« on: January 25, 2010, 10:33:06 AM »

In going through the AHP Intro Wizard, the Timed Event would not work, ie the lamp would not turn on after one minute.  This was tried a number of times.  I am using Interface Module CM15A and Wall Switch Module(s) Module WS467, and would like the lights to go at certain percentages and later turn off.  I have made sure the time zone is correct;  clicked "Issue 'ON' in place of Bright 100%" in Preferences/Macro Option.  All the modules can be turned on when the interface is connected to my computer; but a timed event, even just a few minutes later will not work.  The interface will turn off three of the five modules at the proper times.  The interface seems to work best when in the location close to the computers, and the "best" is to turn three of the five modules off.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Many users are experiencing timer issues with the latest version of AHP 2.236
If this is your version # you may wish to revert to 2.204  then auto update to 2.228

I think I'm one of a few who are "lucky" to have V3.236 working.

It is working flawlessly with macros and timers.

But if it starts misbehaving and I've exhausted all possible fixes, I know to revert to V3.228.

Being able to turn ON all modules but not being able to turn them all OFF could be a AHP issue, but could also be a noise or weak signal problem.

Search "noise", "phase coupling", and "signal suckers"...or go here:
