Some things work and some don't in other rooms . Should I get a Signalinc Repeater 4WIRE 220V Coupler & Signal Repeater ? And if so will this fix my problems ? Where can I buy one locally .What Store might have them ?

Telling us it doesn't work is very vague.  We don't know what problem your having.  What version of AHP do you have?  What modules do you have?  What modules are you having problems with?  What are you trying to do with the modules?  What addresses do you use with your modules?  Give us all of the specifics and we can probably help you.  But just saying it isn't working isn't going to be enough.  Our crystal ball is broke.   ;)

There are many users here that have had problems from time to time. I am sure that with some guidance you can get things going.
A better description of what is happening would be a big help.

Some forum threads that may help:

I would read some of the troubleshooting messages and look at the tutorials. No one here can guarantee a coupler or repeater will fix your problem. You may have to do some troubleshooting to find out if it is noise, signal suckers, phase issues or a combination of all.

The SignalLinc Coupler is a Smarthome product and you have to buy it from them or one of their authorized distributors.
Its part number is 4816A2, but it seems to be discontinued as Smarthome no longer lists it. They are still showing the 4816B2 three pin one.

3.236 is the ver. First thanks for the reply .I set this up in  onmy living room pc and pluged my cm15a in to a empty outlet close enough to my pc so that the USB cable would reach .I first used a lamp and lamp module lm465 to check each outlet in my house and the only two that worked were in a bathroom and one outlet by the one i pluged my cm15 a in . So i ran a power cord to the center of the house and back to the pc in the living room and I was able to get 12 ws467s to work throught the house and the lamp and lamp module I used to test the outlets in the house  worked in the areas where the ws 467s work .This is what happend when I move the cm15 a to anothe outlet . But now the living room kitchen and three bed rooms still don't work . i'm just trying to get all the outlets and switches to work .This is my third day of working on this .

I think Brian had the right idea.  Look at the links posted in Brian post.  It could be a variety of problems or just one.  But the links above should give you a place to start.

It sounds like you need a phase coupler in your breaker panel.  Your house has a 220 volt line coming into the house.  This is made up of 2 110 volt lines or legs.  One 110volt line services one half of your breaker panel, and the other serves the other half.  The signals are only reaching the one leg that the CM15A is plugged into, so when you use an extension cord and plug the setup into the another outlet, the other outlets work.

Do a search in the forums for "phase coupler" and you will find a lot of feedback on it as it is a common issue.

Besides a phase coupler or repeater.
It sounds like the CM15A was maybe on the same circuit as the PC. Computer power supplies are one of the common signal suckers or noise makers. A good X10 filter on the computers AC may also be a good thing to consider.
