Be VERY careful with Socket Rockets. It seems that when a bulb burns out, it may take the socket rocket with it. Then you have pay more than the socket rocket cost you to get another one.
It is not uncommon for a bulb to blow and take out the Socket Rocket, and to a lessor degree Lamp Modules, Wall Switchs, etc. It can happen on non X10 dimmers also. It does not happen all the time and Phillips brand bulbs, because of the way their filament is supported, tend to do it less. Other than losing the Socket Rocket (the triac shorts so the unit will not turn off when a new bulb is installed) no other damage occurs. Us "old guys" just keep a few extra Socket Rockets in the "Spare X10 Stuff" box.
