Still pics every 30 minutes?

Because of upload limits I want the camera to just take one still pic every 30 minutes (just checking snow/weather). Is there such a thing in the X10 line. I tried a DropCam but it won't take stills. PS. I'm really new to this whole thing, so be kind, please.

Get abelcam software, it will allow you to do this as long as you have a pc input for video.
