Silly x10 website experience.

So I erroniously purchased 2 of the flood cams off of the x10 website.

I called immediately (within 3 minutes) of making the purchase to cancel the order.

I was on hold for ten minutes and a gentleman by the name of Thomas W canceled my order and even sent me a confirmation email with the cancellation screen shot in it.

The following day I got the "your order has shipped" email.

Do they realize it is coming right back to them as soon as I receive it??

What a silly waste of money to ship something to me that is going right back to them.

Do they always like to send their products on "rides"??

Sad!!

Maybe the website and the ordering / fulsillment systems aren't talking to each other.
Maybe it really has been cancelled.
I guess you'll know in a couple of days.   :)

My credit card shows I got billed for it.

Silly.

Good luck with that refund.

I had ordered multiple items from the website.  My credit card was charged immediately.  When I got the order, the receipt was hand-marked "No longer available" on one item.  It took several calls, emails, and weeks to get that money credited back.  It almost seemed like they didn't know I didn't get the one item, even though they were able to tell me they were out of them...

In short, they knew it was no longer available, but I could still order it and they charged me for it.   :-[

When that box shows up I am going to be like Ace Ventura with it and send it right back to them.  If

I do not get a refund I will file a dispute.

:)%No worries!!

He already knows to ship it right back and to drop kick it back into his van.  ;-)  J/k
