Problem with wall modules and filters
« on: April 23, 2010, 03:13:22 PM »

I’m trying to control a CFL lamp with an AM466 relay module.  Yeah, the CFLs put out noise.  So I try in install a XPPF filter.  But the AM466 relay module is right-angle, and the XPPF filter is right-angle, so I can’t combine the two into a module-then-filter combination.

Who designs this stuff?   Is there an inline filter that I can use with an AM466 relay module?  Or do you get control and no filter or filter but no control?

Ugly but functional.

Or just use a short extension cord.
