Remote turns on lights, CMA15 does not

I have a Protector Plus Wireless Voice Dialer Security System (an older one from Radio Shack) and a CMA15. I have 5 lights hooked up and I can control all of them with my remote. But there are two lights that will not work with the CMA15. I have filters on almost everything that I think could be causing noise, and I tried unplugging the ones that don't have filters. I tried running the dryer, but the two lights will not come on. I also tried putting an appliance module rather than a lamp module on the one light, still get the same thing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
