Is this the kit you purchased or a similar one?

http://www.x10.com/promotions/sw31a_ed_tenbucks_special_v3.html

Comes with the basic AHP software; a CM19A and a TM751 transceiver.

AHP is probably looking for the CM15A AHP USB Interface.

I hope someone has found a way to make it find a CM19A.

There is another thread where the users was looking for a solution.

I don't really know if this will help.  It's just a guess and you may already have tried it.

Try rebooting your PC with the CM19A already plugged in.  The DLL is loaded when Windows is booted and it may look for the CM19A at that time.

Yesterday it worked.
Today it doesn't work.
X10 on Windows is like that.
