scanpad remote
« on: June 15, 2010, 10:39:10 AM »

I have 6 cameras and if I program 3 cameras in group for c1 and then try to group other 3 in c2 i'm not understanding how to get to each camera individually and be able to control movement of pan and tilt. I've tried programming 3 on c1 and then go to each camera with c1 c2 c3 c4 and that works for the first 3 but then i can't get to the other 3 with the remote.  Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong and what I'm supposed to do to work each cameras movement seperately.  thanks

Are you sure you have a ScanPad remote? It is not the one for pan and tilt.
It can only control four cameras and each one has to be on a different address.
Same House Code and Unit code of 1-4;5-8;9-12 or 13-16
Turn on one the other three go off.

CR13 remote can do more than four cameras.

CR14 is the pan and tilt.

Can you give a little more details?

I guessed you had wireless cameras. Was I correct?

What address is set on each of the power supplies? Like C1 C2 C3 etc.

Only one camera can be on at a time or they interferer with each other and the Ninja Bases would all follow the remote commands.
Also the CR14 can only control four cameras. Six would not turn off all the ones not selected.

Have you had a chance to read the information in the links I gave you and have more questions?
