What does the "?" mean when it shows up in the "%" box?

I have a lamp module set to come on at dusk. It usually works fine but lately it has been unreliable. If I go into Active Home Pro I find that the module has a question mark in the % brightness box and the box has turned blue. Also the brightness slide will be at mid point on the scale even though the light is not lit. What does this mean?

Need more info.  What version of AHP are you running? Can you provide any screenshots of what's being provided by AHP?
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!

I am running AHP version 3.236. I will try to get a screen shot the next time it happens.

How is the module defined? (LM465, WS467, or LM14). If you have it defined as a LM14, did you accidently poll it?

This happens to me from time to time when the usb cable gets unplugged.
Remote control is cool,
but automation rules!

It also happens when you reboot or shut down the PC that has AHP installed, as X10Nets.exe is not running. AHP cannot show module status without X10Nets.exe running in Windows.  On a reboot, AHP will show some modules properly, others in blue until manually triggered by AHP.

The USB cable is not unplugged and the computer is always on during the hours that the event occurs.
