Price for 4722 is higher and they will not work with me for their mistake so I am going else were like to EBAY.

I love my Ebay...   ;D  ;)

...and buying from China isn't the end of the world.  It all comes from there anyway...  If it works, you are sitting pretty.  No real chance for returns, though.   :(

I bought below from a company here in CA selling  what looks to be same item from China and once again I paid CA sales tax.  I could have avoided sales tax had I ordered directly from China however I would like to put an end to this topic.

And company I was going buy 4724 when it was later suggested by someone on this forum I should buy 4722, I thought it best to go elsewhere

That should work.

Side note on tax. Here in CT we have a sales and use tax. If you buy out of state. You should add it on the CT Tax form.
Many years ago. I bought a mail order computer and NJ reported the sale to CT, but slipped a zero in the report. CT thought I got a ~$12,000 computer and not a $1200 one. I got a bill for not paying the tax and fines with interest. Was for more than the computer cost.  :o
Now I report everything even a $2.00 purchase and list the $.12 on the form. Even if I have to go to multiple pages. Let them work for their money!  rofl

RCA S-Video to vga converter arrived over weekend.  It works just fine after remembering to turn on receiver.

It's just what I wanted.

Took some video of it but all video will show is there is a video on Sylvania monitor.  It came with VGA and RCA cables and a cable to plug into back of monitor from converter.  Lots of things to plug into outlets, camera, receiver, monitor and converter.
do a search on ebay for below.  for whatever reason item does not show at their site.

RCA Composite S-video to VGA Adapter w/Cable for DVD PC

thanks to all who helped me find this.
