New customer Need help

I have a one camera system with pc recording and a Eagle eye motion detector
I can't figure out if my pc recording is working, and I can find a folder or whatever to view the recording. Where do I retreive the video?

I put the batteries in my motion detector, added it on the software page, and I can't get it to work. I know it's on.???

I also get a message every so often saying Rundll32 quit running and program must shut down. What the heck is that?

I'm so frustrated. Thought this would be a easy to use system  Thanks

I am not sure exactly what X10 software you have. It sounds like it maybe Vanguard. Here is a link to the wiki pages for the software.

Yes it's Vanguard software.

Please tell me, where do I find the video once it's recorded?

Still can't get it to work  B:(
