CM15 not recognized

Well, I downloaded 3.305.  Now my computer doesn't recognize my CM15.

The software says my "hardware not connected".

I uninstalled AHP and re downloaded.  Same same.

I unplugged(from power), changed batteries, and all I can think to do.

I waited till the software told me to connect the CM15.

Anybody run into this and/or have any solutions?

Lost all my files, so will have to redo all of those.

Ok, finally got that fixed.

I tried a link on another post and "could not open" the page.

Had to download and update internet explorer and got info.

Now I'll try a search for another problem.

My HR12A will not turn on a lamp module or any module as far as that goes.

It'll activate the module in the software & in the activity monitor, but will not actually turn on the module.

I can "click" on the switch in the software and the module will actually work.

I'm going searching, but in the meantime if anyone can answer that, I'd sure appreciate it.

Never mind.

After two days of updating.  Uninstalling a cantankerous(sp)antivirus so I could download, updating IE, I was finally able to find all the answers.

Took from7:30 until 1:29, but it got done.
