Adding Plug-ins causes Active Home not to work.
« on: December 01, 2010, 07:20:00 PM »

So I get Actve Home Pro installed and working.  I then download either iWatchOut plugin for Activehome Pro (SW33A) or
iWatchMobile Pro for Activehome Pro (SW47A).  It doesn't matter which one.  Then active Home Pro will not open.  AHP will not uninstall from control panel, so I jhaver to do a recovery from a previous system restore.  I have tried many times over and it keeps happening.  Any solutions?  I'm on Windows 7.

What version of AHP?  Also what O/S does the PC use?

Are you using the latest version of AHP, before you try installing the plugins?
Does everything work properly in AHP before you try installing the plugins?

AHP version 3.296 on WIN 7.  AHP seems to be working before plug-ins.

And you made sure to download the latest version of each of the plugins you are installing?

Run Windows Update, see if there is a more recent version of the X10 service executable available.

troll334,
I didn't find any x10 update files, but did download several windows updates.  It looks like it's working so far. Thanks!
