Remote PC access to turn on/off swimming pool pumps?

I would be very grateful for some help in knowing what to purchase to be able to turn on/off my swimming pool pump and pool heater remotely by my computer in another location.  The home with the pool has a wireless router and modem, but no computer.  I am not trying to control any thermostats or other devices...just some 240v pumps.
