setups refuse to see server to dload x10.url

I try to run the install programs and it wont see the server. Even with no firewall and net direct connect. still wont see server. Why cant i get a complete software package for AHP? i run video surveuillance, ftp. mail. peertopeer, file, vpn, and all kinds of software and AHP is the only one that cant see the net. What does it want?

I have also removed the other few repeat posts from existing threads. posting the same problem in more than one place does not improve the reply.
