Ever try to attach wires to Flash PSC01 / PF284 terminals?

Looks so simple, but it is so darn tight behind the screw head that it becomes a difficult job, especially using stranded wire.

What wire type/size do you use and where do you buy it?

Help, suggestions, hints will be appreciated.

Appearently you are using a wire gauge too large. Assuming your load is within the specs of the Power Flash, 18ga stranded works fine. Why don't you get a crimp tool and crimp spade lugs on your wire?

PSC01 has low current signal inputs only. I most of the time use #20 to #24 wire and a crimped on spade terminal.

Yeah, I just used the 18ga as it is about the largest I can put under the screw.

For my personal stuff this is what I do:

Strip about 3/4" of wire, twist it tight, form a loop, and solder it.

Unscrew the screw, place it through the loop, and screw it back in.

A 100%, never fail method.
