Vanguard Remote Viewing - Can't connect

I have a Xcam2 with USB Video capture running Vanguard on WinXP. The camera and Vanguard works fine on the XP server.

But when I try to connect to gate.x10.com from a Win7 browser, IE stops and throws this error:

I've also tried this from another WinXP machine and I get a Data Exception Prevention.

Any ideas?
