TR551 replacement?

I used this equipment many years ago. Now I have a friend who has a second home in the country, no insulation, keeps the heat *way* down in winter. Wants to turn it up via a telephone call, like with the TR551, which is discontinued. Anyone know an alternative? Either to buy the equipment, or another manufacturer?

A quick Google search shows the Pro version is still available at SmartHome:

Some of the EBay X10 dealers may also have them.
