Personal Assistance System

I had a personal assistance system that I loaned to my neighbor.  I set it up for her and I showing her how it works and testing it and found everything was working except you can't hear the person that it dialed after they press 0.  The person that was dialed can listen in but cannot be heard.  Isn't it suppose to provide two way communication?  I could not find what section this was suppose to go into.

I don't think it is two way.
The X10 knowledgebase information seems to indicate the called party can hear you but you can't hear them.

Nope.The person with the pendant/dialer can say "Help I've fallen and can't get up" but can not hear a response.
