Linux server / home security
« on: June 26, 2011, 04:47:36 PM »

Hi all, I have some old basic powerlink stuff and an old firecracker serial dongle for my Linux machine, but I'm wanting to upgrade.  Ideally, I would want window sensors to be able to communicate with my linux server, instead of going through the securilink console.  Is this possible?  I just bought the USB transceiver (CM19A).

Googling for this info has been painful, because I just get all the reseller blog spam for all these X10 devices.

Thanks in advance!
