B4S is Grantee Code.
XC35A is the Product Code.

I am not sure why it is listed as 310MHz and 921MHz. I didn't see any 310MHz transmitter in it. Also seem both lists have the same files in them.
I got a kick out of one of the Parts Lists. It is in Chinese.
