Some products like CM19 is sale on other site, but not X10, any idea?

Doesn't X10 create all those products? at least X10 use the product model number like CM??. How come I find CM19 on smarthome but not here?

There are strong rumors that X10 is either closing their doors OR dramatically changing the way they do business and getting out of the home automation market. It may be they are simply selling what ever products are left in the warehouse.
Buy a couple CM15As while you can. CM19As did not work as well anyway.

Yes. you does need only one. But if X10 IS closing their door, you might want a spare.

X10 usually bundles the CM15A or CM19A with other modules.
You may still find the CM19A in the catalog tab automation section of the X10 sales pages.

Other automation vendors may stock them individually. Though I have seen messages the Affiliate Program has been canceled.

I tried to figure out what is the difference between CM19A and CM15A, I thought CM15A does what CM19A does.

My understand is CM15A can control transceiver by RF,  is the right? What CM19A improve on it? I thin CM19A is more expensive, should have more features.

No you have that backwards.
The CM19A is the low end controller. Only does RF transmit and receive. No power line interface. No memory to download macros and timers to.
Has to have the computer running 24/7 to work. Has to use a TM751 or RR501 to translate its RF to power line transmissions.

The CM15A can do power line sending and receiving. RF transmitting and receiving. Has memory to hold timers and macros. Can be disconnected from the computer and still function.

IMHO the CM19A and AHP is a very poor combination.

I have seen the CM19A alone for $9.99 from EBay dealers. The CM15A with AHP is around $49.99

Smarthome maybe charging list price.
