Help! Airpad XL stuck in boot sequence

My XL is stuck at the bootup video - I'm running a modded system with cyanogen(mod)9 and it's been running fine.
I may have shut it down wrong last night in a hurry to get to bed.  :( I've tried to reset it but no luck.  ???

Have you tried booting into the boot menu? Instructions are available if you search.
