hello everyone

I have a CM15pro and my ahp is version 3.308

A few days works from one group to another group to send.
it works ,than i thinking i have one fase,but yesterday he stops
and now only work if i put the power on that group in the electrical cabinet.
from one to another groups he now not working,even when i set all off.
Why works before and nothing is change and now not??
nothing is broken,because when i test on the same group as the module
(LW12)all works fine

please can someone help me with this.

I am having trouble understanding your post, (aside from the "why doesn't it work anymore?" part).
Let me describe the way I understand it, and you can tell me if that's correct:

It used to work in your entire home, which led you to believe you have a single electrical phase.
However, recently, it stopped being able to control modules on the opposite phase. If you move the controller to the other phase, then it works on that one (but not on the other one).

That sounds to me like you have a phase coupling issue. Your best bet would be to install a phase coupler at your breaker panel (Sorry, I don't know the part numbers for the European ones).
Perhaps someone else here can chime in on that.

It looks like you are using the European version of the hardware and the software (but that probably isn't the problem).
3.308 is the latest European version, so updating your software isn't the answer. (In case another user mentions that)

It does sound like phase coupling issue, but Europe does not use a split phase system. So may be a noise issue also.
Either way, Loveheart might try searching for "Noise" on the forum in addition to "Phase Coupling" since three phase is common.

dave w, you have it right,it was a noise issue.
With your tip i have look the hole electra and found it.
The dosemeter charger from the scootmobile is the problem.

I have one phase.

Now i must place a FM10 Filter to sold the problem.

They appear to be the same, or at least have the same specs. Key specs is they will each handle 15 AMPS (does your scooter charger draw less than 15AMPS?) and provide 14db of attenuation at the X10 command frequency...so go for the least expensive.

It's the Konstant HF battery charger 24V/8A
I don't know how much db,but when i disconnect the Charger my x10 works.

so i know it is the Charger what make problems.(i have tested a few times)

you can see that the charger has 8 amp.Is that good of bad???

I think a FM10 can sold the problem.

Look at the charger and see what the 230 volt input current is.
The 8 amps you are seeing is the 24 volt output side.
As long as the 230 volt input current is lower than 16 amps and I expect it is much lower. The FM10 would  not be over loaded and should lower the noise or signal absorption from the charger.

I have look on the charger and it say input 5 amp
Than it is alright and can i use the FM10

Yes 5 amps input would be fine with the FM10 that can do up to 16 amps.

Today i have finaly the FM10 filter.
Prpblem is now sold and all works 100%
