Dimmable CFL power consumption

I mentioned this dimmable CFL

in another thread and, just out of curiosity, made a quick measurement of its power consumption at 100% (15VA) and 0% (1VA) dim level using an LM465 and my Kill-A-Watt meter in VA mode.
If I had the time to use the cumulative kWh method I used here...

I suspect I would get similar numbers.
