AHP Always Crashing on Startup

I've always had issue with AHP crashing, now it always crashes at startup. I get a win7 warning 'program stopped working'. I downloaded the newest AHP version just today.  Win7 won't let me uninstall the old one, saying it's already been uninstalled.

Did you try the new full installation one or the updater that only replaces the older file with new ones?

OK. I was referring to the Software Download Center.
Where the latest revisions are found.
I believe AHP still does not find the latest updates on it own.

Your link shows 3.318 is the latest and that is what I'm running.

And I did a full new install.
