i have been beating my head against a wall trying to correct a order. phone calls ,emails ect has not worked. does x10 have a address where you can send complaints to. the internet does not work everyone must work on a commission

I know this is an old post, but I too was having an issue contacting x10. The 800 number on the site had me on hold forever. I found the following number and someone answered within 1 minute.
