Airsight PTZ maps

   how do you set up and use MAPS in the airsight software. Every time the motion alarm is triggered the maps window opens blank. I have tried to use the setup in MAPS but there are no files to use.
Somebody must know how to set this up. I have found nothing in the included paperwork and nothing on Internet searches.
