New Airpad XL - How to access Google Play for Apps?

   Just got my New AirpadXL - How do you access Google Play for Apps?  Not all apps I need are on Amazon.

Due to licencing restrictions X10 had to disable this.
Also Posts detailing work arounds tend to get removed for the same reason.
A Hack of the OS isn't needed However you need to install some Google apps.
Check other forums or facebook for these work arounds and what needs to be installed and in what order.

Where can I find the instructions to install "google apps" in a "ceratin order" to get the Google app store to work?
(which apps - what order?)
