hi,

can someone assist me this these issues?

1. how can you stop flashing light on device when camera is wireless?
2. how can you stop mirror effect when placing camera directly at the window?

1) To stop the blinking light:
While viewing the camera on a computer, select system and then indicator status.

2) An indoor camera should work fine through a window during the day, but it may become "blinded" by the IR lights at night. It may help to if you change the angle of the camera in relation to the window. The best solution would be to get an outdoor camera (our XX36A).
