USB Jump Drive 8gig Ok - 16 Gig no read?

Ok I have two jump drives (that both work fine in other computers)

The 8 gig reads fine on the Airpad

The 16gig SanDisk - seems to go asleep when plugged into the airpad.

Any Ideas?

I have tried some different brands - and they all work fine - 4-8-16 gig all seem to work fine -- It is just eh SanDisk  cruzer 16 gig goes to sleep (slowly blinking jumpdrive light) when plugged into the Airpad XL....

Seems weird - don't buy SanDisk.
